Hi,
I need to send a fax to a uni in Phoenix. I've tried 001+1+area code+number. I've also tried leaving out the +1. Both times I've gotten a message that the number does not exist as dialed. ANyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Nothing wrong from this end (unless you need to dial 9 for an outside line before you dial 001-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx)
... and check their number again - did you write it down wrong? |

I had the same problem last year. I think I had to dial 02 instead of 01?
Apparently you have to use a different out country code for fax machines. It took me forever to figure it out.
The last time I had to fax something I just scanned it, emailed it home and had someone fax it from there. |
