Hey all,

I have my first EPIK interview at the Chicago consulate this Friday. I've been reading all the threads out there about it to know what to expect and that got me worrying. I asked the lady twice if I needed to bring any documents with me and she said no. Is this right? I so far have turned in the application, one photo, a photocopy of my passport, one transcript, the letters of recommendation, my personal medical evaluation (not doctor's) and a form about the criminal background check (not actual background check). Have I turned in everything and that is why I don't have to bring anything else?

Also, just how formal is this interview? In terms of what to wear?

Thanks!

If it's like GEPIK, and I assume it is, then they'll probably want to hire you unless it's blatantly obvious that you would be nothing more than a pain in their backside.

Still, if you want to make a good impression dress nice.
