Samsung HE103UJ
Spinpoint F1 RAID Class
Capacity : 1TB
Interface : Serial ATA 3.0Gbps
Buffer memory : 32MB
http://www.samsung.com/global/business/hdd/productmodel.do?group=&type=58&subtype=70&model_cd=233&ppmi=1162
The raid-class HE103UJ is harder to come across in stores and even online than its other counterparts.

Icy Dock Enclosure
http://www.icydock.com/product/mb559us-1sb.html

Includes:
Power Adapter
USB 2.0 Cable
eSata cable
Sata adapter for your desktop (connect to mobo).
This was bought in the U.S., thus the adapter is for U.S. output so I bought an adapter tip for Korea use. If you want to be even more careful, use a surge protector, which I recommend for any electronic equipment you use.

eSata adapters for Laptops:
(Whether you have a PCMCIA slot or ExpressCard slot, you can get eSata speed!)
Rosewill RC-604 SATA PCMCIA Card 2 x eSATA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16839200005
Rosewill RC-605 SATAII ExpressCard 2 x SATA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16839200006
These are included with the HD and should be plug and play, but you might need drivers for some platforms, so i'll throw in a free 1GB Sony USB stick (cap missing) with the drivers on it.

Used once or twice in the few months I had it, and then left it in my drawer.
It is formatted to NFTS.

There are no dents or blemishes. Just those natural tiny scratch lines that happen to all glossy black merchandise (ie: like those lines that form on the back of iPods on the gloss even if you put them in a case). Never dropped, and in a non-smoking house. I don't have a camera, but you wouldn't have to buy if it's not as I decribed.

The hard drive was put in the enclosure the moment it arrived. It's MINT condition, practically brand new.
The HE103UJ is enterprise raid class and should not be compared to HD103UJ.

These are still relatively new products and the prices have not changed since i've bought it. Search newegg, amazon, eBay, or wherever for prices. But you can expect to spend $250+ on the drive, $70 for the enclosure, $40 or $25 on a laptop eSata card, etc...

I'll let this go auction style.
I live in Yangcheon, Seoul, closest to Mok-Dong station Line #5. We can meet half-way for the transaction.

Start at 100,000W.
Sold at 230,000W

End time: Monday 12:00AM
I'll end it exactly Monday midnight.
I am free Tuesday/Saturday before 5pm, Monday/Saturday after 8pm, and all day Wednesday/Sunday for the transaction. Whenever floats your boat.

If you're going to bid last minute, make sure it's in 10,000W intervals.

Sure wish I saw this auction before I went out and bought a new 1TB drive Razz

It's tempting to bid on this, the thing is, there could be errors on the HD...

You willing to ship within Korea?

If so, I'll bid 100K.

Thanks.

c/o: 105,000 Won.
This is practically brand new. Doesn't look used at all. I could probably sell the HD as brand new and you couldn't tell the difference.
The PM offers I can't really take because I can't prove someone really bid that much. So if you're making a bid, please post it and not PM. I got like 10 PMs with bids, those who did, please post it.

No errors. I had the HD tested before it was shipped to me. We can meet at a PC bang or somewhere so you can check for yourself.
