According to the Immigration regulations, the medical check can be done at a government hospital (국립병원 or 공립병연) or a general hospital (종합병원). The following are the relevant sections of the E-2 regulations in Korean and English, taken from the Immigration Guide on the HiKorea website (http://www.hikorea.go.kr):

English:

- Submit health examination records upon applying to be a registered foreigner after entering Korea.
※ Recruitment health exam MUST include TBPE test(tests for drug abuse) and HIV test (tests for AIDS) results(cannabinoid test for Marijuana need not to be included) |
I'd suggest printing them out (especially the Korean) and taking them with you so the hospital will give you what you need. |
