| Does anyone know of any big toy stores in Daejeon? I want to pick up a few games/activities for my classes and so I'm hoping there's something like a Toys 'r Us in town. |

I've had luck ordering this kind of thing on gmarket.
If you can read a tiny bit of korean it makes it all the easier. But you can do most of the hard stuff in English. And its foreigner friendly.

prices seem better than stores too sometimes.

Look for Kidari English Shop (i think that's the name)
that shop supplies a lot of hagwons with textbooks, and they also have an extensive English games section. |

Kidari (aka Kim and Johnson) and English Plus will be your best bet. English board games are not readily available here.
Kidari is a couple of blocks down from Krispy Kreme and English Plus is behind Time World. |
