OK So will be arriving in Seoul mid August and I know that during my time in Korea I want to get a tat. I know cheaper in Japan, blah blah blah. I am not as concerned about price. One of my Goals is to have a tat from each continent, lol or a few, So with N.A., Europe, Australia done, got four left and im definitly nocking out asia when Im there. SO, any one know any good shops in Seoul, I am living in SeuongBuk(spelling?), also any one know of cleanliness issues and or what hourly rates most shops charge? Thanks.
