heya -
C just asked me to re-find the website for the Ostrich farm out in Suwon where we used to go & get meat and eggs from (we needed it for another poster here/blogger).
the site is www.ostrichsafari.com
it is all in Korean, so you may need some help if you can't manage it.
1) As mentioned, you can buy meat, eggs, feathers, and all kinds of interesting stuff.
2) As can be guessed from the name, they have built up a whole little theme park, so if you are in the area, and your school does field trips, like with younger kids or on weekends, it could be a good choice. They also go into a lot of the science-type info, as well.
Hope this helps out someone!

hmmm - not our experience at all.
The meat looks like beef - red through & through. Cooking it up, it (again) looked like steak - very tender, easy to cut, and a taste we both liked - not too gamey, greasy, etc.
some good tips here:

We also decided to try to do a scramble/omlette - be forwarned: there is a LOT of egg in that shell!!! There was enough to feed a clas of 20 kids a portion, and I can't imagine how big a quiche you could go . . .
