Yongsan. Not the station but the other building where they sell all the bootleg DVDs. Inside that building on the ground floor, are several vendors selling region-free DVD players. I bought a small PaoView player that, to date, has worked great. Even has a USB port that plays just about anything I can download. Even has an English remote and menu (once you switch it to English). Cost me W80,000.

Most dvd players can be unlocked by yourself with a little research. Just google the dvd player (full name of the dvd player) and you should find the code (mainly pressing a sequence of buttons on your remote ) to make it region free.
