| I'm looking at both of these programs since they offer positions at public schools. Can anyone offer some pros and cons for the two programs? Thanks! |

SMOE offers 2 huge things over EPIK:
1. Location in Seoul, not in the sticks
2. 21 business days of vacation, not 14 |

| EPIK Gangwondo has 5 weeks paid vacation, 7 if you resign. And living for me in a smaller city has its advantages. Peaceful, relaxing, and easier to save money. Choose EPIK!! |

SMOE is in the city, and on paper has more vacation for sure. I'm working for a school in EPIK now and am enjoying my work conditions much more. It's a case by case basis if you'll like your school or not.
Strictly going by the contracts though, SMOE wins out hands down. |
