I'd have to argue that certain parts of Charlottetown, Halifax, the Government Center area of Boston, or College and Queen's Quay West, Toronto, Ont., are groovy-enough to bide for this title.
The Club DeBut on I'taewon's Hooker Hill in Yongsan-Gu, Seoul could make a case for the title, too, on a typical Sunday morning after, say, 2am.

| Three Thai cities ? Thailand used to be a good scene for that but it's over saturated with sex tourist idiots and sleazy, lying, unpleasant, ugly girls now. But to each their own as I never saw the appeal of paying someone to f#ck . Getting in line for contracting herpes from ugly girls for a lot of money is not exactly my idea of fun. |

You can still have a good time. However if you're bold, fat and in your late fifties. Most of the girls will look at you like a walking ATM. You can't blame the girls they have a large extended family who need the money. |

I never made it to Angeles City when I was in PH but i heard from some of the sexpats that it was a filthy hole with women to match. If you want some holiday action why not go somewhere nice like Cebu, get busy on some internet dating sites and get it on with the young ladies for free  |

Bangkok has really tamed down, the bars all close between 1-2am, and even the after hour clubs (which mostly suck anyway) get raided by the cops often. A lot different than it used to be. Some good places though if you know the scene. |

I didnt see for myself but I could find plenty of people to testify Prague is utterly debauched.
Ive also heard nasty things about Shanghai, if you go lookin in the right places.
Apart from that try Malia or something in Greece or Costa Del Sol, any haven for young Brits to go, anything goes on those holidays.
Surely the 'Dam' has to be in there too, if only for old times sake. Im sure London is too expensive for many to afford seediness but if itss other naughty things youre after you can barely move for them there. |

I'm assuming the OP is looking for a vacation destination a little closer to Seoul.
My vote was for Pattaya. I was absolutely shocked my first time strolling down Walking Street. |
