What can you do to keep your broadband connection going without getting things like timed out connection or server not found? I have 2 computers, but only running one at a time and they both do it so I know it's a signal problem.
I understand this might have something to do with a lack of bandwidth due to having too many users on the same server, but what can I do to hog back the bandwidth so I can use Skype without dropped calls and get pages to load all the time without waiting?
This is happening mostly after 7PM. I wonder if another user at night is able to take all the bandwidth until I click repair connection since it would only work slow if it was simply lacking bandwidth.
Why does it drop where you get time outs or server not found?

7,764 down and 1,484 up, but it just quits all the time for a minute and it times out or can't find server. |
