I am in Korea now. I plan to go back to America in a couple months. I want to go to China.
In case I don't like it there I want to come back to South Korea.
Can I get criminal record documents and drug testing documents when I go back to America.
Once I complete my contract in China do I have to go back to America to do this stuff again?
Where do I go to get the criminal record?
Also, do all these documents have to be sealed?

That depends on a multitude of variables.

You can get a criminal record by testing drugs in front of your local police station.

Yes, otherwise the oxygen in the atmosphere will react with the ink on the notarial stamp and the apostilization.
