Ideally for around 1million. I'll be comming from around the Busan area. Which, place would offer the best nightlife?

If you're going strictly for nightlife it's shanghai. If you're going for any culture/iconic stuff, beijing is a better choice. There is a nightlife, just not on the same level as Shanghai (not close, actually). But the chance to see the wall, the square, the forbidden city is well worth a little less of a night life if you're interested in those things at all.

I'd prefer to one week in all, but i'll check out the prices on flights from Shanghai to Beijing. I'd rather do a nightlife type vacation, so will look into Shanghai abit more!

The other option i've thought about is doing 3 days in Japan (Thurs,Fri,Sat and fly back on Sun) around either Tokyo or Osaka, but the flights seem pretty expensive from the searches i've done, around $600 whereas Shanghai is around $100.

I've just been looking on the net. Whypaymore.co.kr seems to have the best deals when i've looked, the English sites don't seem to have as good a deal.
