I am in Korea and just received my subject access form.

Unfortunately my school are being dicks and won't let me go to the embassy to get it apostilled because I am not renewing with them.

Is it possible to send the document to the embassy by post and get it apostilled?

Yes you can send your SAR to the embassy to be apostilled. I think it's like an extra 3,000W (so that they will send it back) so the total cost is 60,000W.

You should call or e-mail the embassy in Seoul to find out more information and how to pay etc.

As above. However, the embassy cannot apostille the documents, only notarise them. If you're already working here on an E2, notarisation is all you need.

I've just done this today - go to the post office and get a 60,000w postal cheque and make it payable to the British Embassy. Send that along with a copy of your passport and criminal record document to the consular section (address on the website). I'm not sure how long it will take though?

I'd send a copy of your current e-2 page too.
