anyone know how much this cost and how to go about getting it done as quickly as possible? i have to go home next week for the specific purpose of getting one and i'm wondering if anyone has gone through this process recently.

For crying out loud, it's on the first page of the forum listing. Yes, the search function here stinks, but is it really that difficult to scan one page of threads before starting a new one?
