Huxley has gone into open beta after a few years of development: http://huxley.webzen.com/PDS/GameDownload/

Does anyone know how to get on it? I've poked around the sight and gotten pretty confused. It does have a waegook option on the signup sheet though, so it probably isn't impossible. It seems to want me to register with some outfit called KIS.
