not a nice topic, but iv had some crazy cold for about a week, my ears feel like im decending on a plane. I pinch my nose and blow out and my ears make a pop. Anything I can get over the counter without a perscription which may help- something that would clear my ears out basically.

hydrogen peroxide - you can buy it in a pharmacy (HO3? maybe sometimes helps to write it out they'll understand it better - the pharmacist)

my mom used to use it in our ears and I used it in my son's and my own - works great.

use a cotton swab, a few drops in (lay on your side), wait for it to go in, you'll hear a lot of noise, that's ok, it's reacting to the bacteria and mucus in your ear.

wait a bit then swab it out GENTLY or sit up and let it run out and wipe w/a tissue

I promise it will help.

twice a day, morning and night, until you are better. try not to blow your nose too hard, is not good for your ears.

feel better!
