What's this
WELLINGTON, New Zealand - Rugby fans in New Zealand who tuned into a mid-afternoon highlights show got more than they bargained for Sunday when they were treated to four minutes of hardcore pornography.

A spokesman for Prime Television blamed a mixup in "distribution processes" for the error which inserted the hardcore segment in the regular program "Grassroots Rugby."

The segment was intended to air on an adult pay-per-view channel.

Rival television channels reported some viewers were "shocked and disgusted" by the mixup, which occurred around mid-afternoon.

Prime has apologized for the error.

Question: Is the program showing sheep dogs chasing sheep into pens still the #1 program in NZ? It wasn't a bad show, all in all. Not up with CHEERS, mind you, but not terrible.

Don't think it ever was No. 1 in the last decade. You must be thinking of Country Calendar or the Young Farmer of the Year Competition. Sometimes Sheep Dog Trials used to show on Sky Sport. But yeah, I'd rather watch the porn than that to be honest.

Country Calendar still runs.

Dunno bout the other shows but...

I was there in '86. The family I stayed with said it was #1 at the time...or had been. We watched it every night for a week (maybe we didn't, but it seemed like it). I kind of enjoyed it.

I think it was just called 'The Dog Show'. My parents watched it every time it was on Confused
My uncle was on the closing credits moving a mob of sheep down the road, so we were almost famous by association. Laughing
