Hey James, thanks for playing.

If you read my original post, that's NOT my setup in the picture. I just stole somebody else's shot because our speakers are the same.

This auction is for the speakers only. They're self-powered (edit: and dual voltage) so they'll work back home. 350 is a screaming bargain and I am hoping to get more than that, so no bids below 350 for the time being please.

Are these speakers used, and if so, how much?

Although these monitors would make perfectly good home-entertainment speakers, theyre not intended for that. These are studio monitors. If you set them up on nice heavy stands pointing straight into your ears, you can get a very precise stereo picture and full bass from the 8 inch woofers without shaking the floor, as you would with a sub. This means better accuracy and higher volume with fewer neighbor complaints.

I used them to mix dance and hip-hop music, as well as for general listening. Ive scarcely been at home the last couple years so I often wouldnt turn them on at all except for on weekends.

Ive edited the original post to get rid of the picture of the other guys setup and put up 4 close-ups of the pair thats actually up for sale. (Pardon the heavy jpeg compression and occasional dead pixel in my camera.) Youll notice theyre in excellent condition, cosmetically as well as functionally.
