Need someone to move in mid-July. The apartment is 11 pyong with a small gravel porch outside, washer in the kitchen and apartment dryer upstairs. All of our furninshings--rugs, pillows, blankets, plates, utensils, printers, hangars, plants come with the place, if you want 'em.
~Cozy villa with a five minute walk to the subway, 10 minute walk to main shopping road and great Western breakfast buffet.
~Rent is 850,000/month (good for Gangnam) with the same amount key money.
~Landlord lived in America for years and speaks perfect English and is very helpful.
~Free cable TV and you can take over the internet contract (29,000/month).
Will need to have key money available. Six month contract ending this coming October, can be extended if you like.

How about 5,000,000w key money, and you drop the rent to 500,000w a month. Also, which subway you walking about? Gangnam-gu is a big area.

Kinda crappy photos. How about pics from the front door looking in instead of close-ups of the bathroom sink? There are no pics that indicate the overall size/layout of the place.

In a small place, you can't take wide angle pictures. The person is probably standing all the way against the wall when they take the pictures.

I tnk 850,000w a month is too much to ask. Location is great, but you can get a 2 bdroom in that location for 850,000w if you can pay a deposit.
