Can someone give me some names of good employers/schools to work for? This is very confusing.

If you have completed a TESL, TEFL, or CELTA program then I would encourage you only to look at the public school system. If possible, ask to speak with a present or past teacher of the school before signing a contract. I think that is about as good as you can do at identifying a good work situation before arriving.
