.....why do you do it?

I mean we can all see who the post is by 'cos your name is on the left there atop (for most of you) your avatar so why the need to sign your name on all your posts?

No reason for this question besides idle curiosity either - I have no opinion on it one way or the other.

I've seen this a lot at other places. It seems to be a letter style some users prefer that tells everyone that yes indeed, these are their words.
