I don't know why, but I'm in the mood to post about what's on TV tonight. I've been watching Discovery about Geisha girls. What's up with that? The girls all have a face like a bag of spanners. The makeup looks ridiculous. I just don't understand it.
On a different note, "The Girl Who Lives in the Dark" is on again soon. I remember seeing that....oh I think it was fall 2006....I'm not ashamed to admit that, as a (then) 34 year old bloke, it made me cry. So sad that the British doc did so much to try to cure the little girl - travelling at his own expense, but she died anyway. |
