I'm seriously thinking of making a short trip to Fukuoka to buy a Jp bike
they are so expensive here in K and anyway, it's too hard to find one I like -
anyone do that? would I have to pay import fees you think? or something like that maybe - ? |

I'm just guessing, but I'd think that the price of a good bike in Japan is even higher than in Korea. Based on the fact that almost every thing is more expensive in Japan. I'd suspect you'd have better luck in China.
Again, this is all just conjecture on my part. |

I'd have to agree with the China one.
Speaking of Japan, as I'm living here now, one of my co-workers special ordered a bike from the States, as he found it easier to get the kind that he wanted for the price that he wanted that way, then buying one here.
Also, bycycles are everywhere in Japan, but they aren't like the really cool ones! Most of these bycycles are the klunker kinds that you feel when you hit the bumps. Plus they are kinda flattish, not easy to do wheelies and spin out and do all the cool stuff that I often associate with bikes back home. |
