Hi,
I really need to use Skype quite a bit at the moment, and I don't have my own computer. Whenever I go to a PC Room I download and install Skype which is the easy bit, but then the mic on the headset never seems to work when I run the test call on Skype. I've tried plugging it into the speakers and also the computer itself, and at a few different PC rooms (different headsets too).
then finally it worked at one place, but I couldn't figure out why I had done anything differently? Is it something to do with the configurations of the computer? I checked the obvious things like mute and volume level in Windows sound settings.
cos it's gonna be a nuisance if I have to keep going back to that one PC room and the one computer where I got it too work. Am I also gonna have to find the same headset and sit with my chair at the same angle every time? I don't get it. |
