2 years ago, when I went to Hong Kong to get an F7 work VISA, I had overstayed a few days. There was fine at airport, tho they did pull me aside.
Now, I am getting an E2 for the first time.
Will that incident hurt?
Will they make me go to USA for that?

| Yes, you will have to go to your home country to have a consular interview as part of the process of obtaining your E-2 visa. |
