I'm heading back home for a bit and I find Ambien (a sleep aid) really helps with the flight over and then the dealing with the jetlag once I am there. The question is, which doctor do I go to around here to get a prescription? The ear, nose, throat guy? The bone doctor? The guy in the alley? I have no idea where to go for this stuff. Can anyone help? |

I took stilnox when I flew to Europe three years ago from here. The travel agent who booked the flight hooked it up, she told me that I should take it for the flight. Don't take it. It will give you weird dreams and screw up your sleep pattern. Best to just fly on an empty stomach. When you get to where you are, stay awake until it's dark then you should be adjusted to the time difference. It's hard but better than any kind of sleep medication. |

i went to the big hospital in north/central seoul (yongsan university?) awhile back to get some, but i don't think that was necessary. i'm sure some small-time doc could prescribe it without a problem. i only asked for 2 tabs (didn't wanna seem like an addict) and the woman gave me 10.
works great. |
