I'm going to be a student soon and am looking to rent an apartment in either Sinchon or Hongdae. I found one site short-rent. But I really don't know how good it is and would like to have other options. Do realtors generally speak English? Should I just walk into the offices and find out? And how do I know if I'm getting ripped off or not? Anyone who has gone through this, would be a great help.
