|
|
On my visa, under entries, it has the letter "M". I'm going to assume this stands for multiple entries. Is it an unlimited number of entries, or is there a limit to how many times you can leave Korea and return, say within a years time?
Also, when leaving Korea for a few days, what do you need to show immigration officials when leaving and coming back? Do they need to see a return ticket, or e-ticket? What about your ARC, do you give that to them or do you keep it? Are they any departure taxes or anything like that?
Sorry for the questions, but when I searched for this, all that came back was a blank screen. |

M=multiple unlimited entries during the 1 year your visa is valid for. Just show your ARC when going through Korean immigration, but bring your passport to show other countries immigration. |

Actually, you need your passport to leave too.... you get an exit stamp when you leave and an entry stamp when you return.
A multi-entry visa allows unlimited in and out privileges for the duration of the visa.
ONE BIG NOTE here is that if you extend your stay (renew or extend your contract and period of sojourn) your multi-entry DOES NOT carry over into the extension. You will have to apply and pay for a multi-re-entry permit (50k won) IF you extend your stay in Korea.
