Dear friends,
Does anyone know of an English language MBA anywhere in or around Daejeon? A part-time program allowing me to swing a hogwon job would be ideal. Thanks for your kind help.

I'm afraid I don't know of anything that can help you. However, you may find this list of Daejeon universities helpful.

(If anyone knows of universities in Daejeon -- with English-language websites -- that are not on that list, please submit them).

edit: It looks like the Information and Communications University offers some English-language master's programs in business management, although not an MBA program as such. It might be worth getting in touch with them...

Not quite what you are asking, but I seem to remember a friend doing an MBA weekend program in Seoul. I can't remember which university, but it was in English, and affiliated with an American university- maybe Yonsei?

There are no MBA programs in English that I am aware of (I work in a large company that regularly sends people to Seoul for this training as there is nothing here) in Daejeon.

There are several English language programs in Seoul. the best of these would probably be at Sejong University. They have a joint program with Syracuse University and offer an American MBA program (which is for more credit hours than a Korean MBA) with US professors. The diploma is from Sejong with a certificate from Syracuse.

That said, it is far cheaper and easier to get an online MBA. There are oodles of fully accredited universities, including most of the "name" schools, that offer an MBA. Check out:

After selecting what program you wantto study it will allow you to search by location, including distance programs.
