I bought this from a friend only to find out that it won't work with my new Macbook because Digi hasn't yet qualified the new "Santa Rosa Chipset" for Pro Tools. It works great on just about any other computer out there. This unit has fantastic preamps and I can transfer the ownership of the software to you (Pro Tools 7.4). It's in excellent condition. I have the box and manuals.
If you are serious about recording this is for you. I WILL TRADE FOR ANOTHER RECORDING INTERFACE -- firewire or USB. I am in Daejeon, but I can bring it to Seoul or elsewhere for a SOLID transaction.
Unit is identical to this one:

I also have the ILOK. From what I understand, Digi's license does not transfer ownership of the plugs, though you can get them really cheap by purchasing an upgrade. I also have a great repository of free plugins.
.....$850.... |

Hmm, I'll think about it, but I really think I need a midi port.

Yes, it's the console and yes, Pro Tools LE (which this system uses) runs on Vista.

You can find much more compatibility information on Digidesign's website.

| I hooked up a midi keyboard to the computer through the usb , you have to get a special cord for this (midi-usb) , i bought it back in the U.S.A at the local Guitar Center,, don't know how hard that cord will be to find here. |
