First timer here, and currently having a hell of a time with all the new E2 visa paperwork (apostiling has caused me to curse the State of New York several times). I have heard a rumor that it might be possible to conduct the Embassy interview via webcam. As I will be in transit to Missouri when these things finally get finished, very far from any embassy, what do you think my chances are? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
