I'm flying out next week and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good hotel out by the airport. Not too expensive would be nice...anyone have any experiences?

Go to the airport first and get one at the information desk

The Guest House is good and about 45,000won a night. It it close to the Hyatt and much cheaper. They will also pick you up and take you to the airport.
011-291-6012 or 032-743-0979

I have stayed there several times over the last couple of years.

I've stayed at the Incheon Guest House. It's great - free pick and drop off, modern, clean, reasonably priced (W40,000 single; W50,000 double) and very close. Very Happy

I had the same concern last week and posted the same question on here and got a lot of valuable information from people on here, thanks.

I just made a reservation to stay at the guest house the night of the 1st.

The number the woman told me to call when I get to the airport (at exit 8 in departures, where they will pick you up) is 032 743 3060.

It's 40,000 and you stay in a nice office tel style apt.

Sure beats wasting your hard earned money on the best western at 170,000 a night. I remember back when a room at the best western cost around 20 dollars, in the mid 80's. Inflation sucks.

Yeah the prices at Best Western are downright absurd...for the price they want I can get a room at the Hyatt!

The Hyatt is the one I would recommend even though I haven't stayed there...

The time I tried to stay at the Hyatt, my taxi driver dropped me off at the Haej Hotel, a love motel in the middle of nowhere in Incheon that has roosters on a farm nearby as an alarm clock. You'll save 100,000 won per night, but if the lovable English-speaking sweetiepie who catches the bus about an hour after the roosters crow doesn't show up to the bus stop to translate for you, you're basically phucked if you want to fly out on time unless you speak Korean.

The jimjilbang/sauna in the basement of the airport is one of the nicest in Korea, and is 15,000 a night. Then, when you wake up, you're already in the airport!

Second this. I've stayed there a few times. Clean, cheap and ridiculously close. Can be booked in advance and is only 5 minutes drive from the airport. Their number is 032 743 0979.
