On the Web site www.lastminute.co.kr a ticket to Bali starts at 508,000 won excluding tax, yet a ticket to Singapore at half that price. Both destinations require around six to seven hours to fly, yet Bali is double the price.

| Not to hijack, but how much extra might the taxes and fees be? I'm getting a quote for 556,000 won on Thai Airways. |

| tax for a flight of that price is usually like 150-180, but from next week i think its an extra $30 or so for fuel surcharge... |

Thailand taxes r running about 230,000 now.
556,000 won is expensive r u traveling before 16 Aug? Peak season ends on the 15th Aug. |

Cool, I'll get quotes to leave on the 16th and just go to Seoul on the 15th for a day.
When I get paid next Friday, I'm just going to start calling travel agents for quotes and then make my purchase. Yes, I asked Kangsan 5 days ago what the total cost would be in email and no word back yet. |
