My contract is coming to an end soon and I want to extend my contract for a couple of months at my current job (which my hagwon has agreed to) before I start a new job around January.
I know that I need a criminal record check but my current hagwon is saying that I only need one for the whole time that I will be in Korea. Is this true or do I need 2? One to send to immigration to extend my current contract for a couple of months and another one for my new job starting later?

Once Immigration has a copy of your CBC, they keep it on file and you don't need to give them another.
I gave mine a couple mnths back, and with my renewal coming up next month, they said I don't need to submit it again. Same goes for the medical check. |
