This has probably been mentioned before, but I am just looking for a quick response and don't want to read through the entire threads on the criminal record check.

I checked the RCMP website the other day and there was no link that I could see where I could download a form for having the fingerprints taken in Korea. So it says you can use ones from out of country. So what have you been using? Do you go to the Korean police station and use their forms and mail them to the RCMP or something else? Thanks.

You should be able to get them at the Canadian Embassy in Seoul.

This is the only way to do it from Korea. Yes most people I've talked to are taking this rout.

As long as it includes both rolled and flat prints, and it's signed and verified by a cop, you can also use the Korean form.

For those of us far from the embassy, that's a bit of help.

You need to translate the form before you send it though.
