Some university jobs require that you have a master's degree to apply. It does not matter which field in some cases. This is because universities receive more funding from the government when their staff have master's degrees as opposed to bachelor's degrees.

Your master's degree will make it easier to get a university job in Seoul, if that's what you want. There are also various professional non-teaching jobs that look highly upon qualifications. However, hagwons and public schools probably won't care much about your master's degree. It will give them bragging rights, and might get you a slightly higher salary if they are really impressed, but for the most part hagwons and public schools are mostly unwilling to pay more when there is no shortage of teachers who will accept less.

Some business schools, especially outside of Seoul, will hire foreigners with business related Master's degrees. Sometimes you teach content, and sometimes you teach business English.

Do some surfing around on the Chronical of Higher Education's employment site, watch on Dave's, and look on some of the individual university web sites (do a search for a list of Korean universities and go from there).

Also, some General English programs now want to hire non-English Master's holders to teach specific content courses. You never know.
