| Go up to Yonge and Sheppard Mall and there might be a few flyers there...Or in that area in the local shops...That's as best help I can give |

The Korean Consulate occasionally has classes. They're free but they go through the material very quickly, and don't explain it well.
U of T through continuing education also does night courses.
