Is this type of scene in Busan?"

"Ok...after much debate and after looking for jobs in the struggling US economy, it has come down to working at a small-town newspaper for $20,000 a year while working my ass off and struggling for rent and gas money or coming back to Korea to find a better gig than my last one. Here is my situation...I pulled a midnight runner from my last school after figuring out that they were crooks for the most part and big time racists who were against me dating a Korean. Also, I am getting married to my Korean GF who has been working on a visa to come here to live with me. Yeah I know, a major change in plans.

Also, I have a DUI on file from three years ago. My questions are A: will I be able to come back and work in Korea right now? I turned in my ARC card to immigration before I left. B: will I pass the criminal background check and how long would it last? Any insight will be much appreciated."
