Is there really such a cult, or is this just a sub-culture? I'd remembered hearing it's gathering in strength there in Korea, so I wonder if you all have heard anything about it. Apparently some people do have an obsession to drink blood, but I wonder what the real meaning of vampirism entails. I think in Korea it's one founded upon sexual arousal via drinking blood.
I'm writing an article about cults and would appreciate any info. |

No, this isn't a joke. Anyone else know something about this sub-culture? I've read in the Korean Herald that it's a real belief there in Korea amongst some people, and of course, a belief worldwide. |

It's not that the idea of people who get off on drinking blood is so weird. It's the thought that this is somehow a big thing in Korea. Korea! Of all places! I don't buy it. |

Yeah, a lot of "goths" back home did that. They were mostly idiots, as is anyone who goes around above the age of twenty-one pretending they're a "goth". |

Aren't vamps those women that your mother warned you about - always wanting you to "come up & see me some time" & asking "you know how to whistle don't you....just put your lips together & bloooooooow" & so on. I didn't know they drank blood too! Maybe your mother was right. |

(Sorry for the tardy response.)
What kind of article are you looking to write? Are you simply going to describe the facts as you understand them, or will it have a sensationalistic spin along the lines of, "The Vamps are coming! They're going to drink our blood!"? |
