So I bought one at Yongsan...
It basically looks like this http://img.alibaba.com/photo/51528255/Travel_Universal_Adaptor_and_Surge_Protector.jpg
except with a bigger LED
I need it for my laptop plug(North American) to Korean...
I tried to put the plug into the wall-socket...it is loose.
When I tried to plug in my laptop ac adapter into the universal adapter..it doesn't fit properly.
What am I doing wrong here? Did I buy the wrong one? |

They never fit as good as a Korean plug.
Even if you use a horizontal plug adater, you may find some arcing and burning on the pins.
A loose connection used to drive me potty if all power was lost for a moment.
Best thing I did was change to a Korean plug?
I would suggest trying it, if at all possible. |
