Is KEB open on Saturday in Seoul? Any trustable currency exchanges? I'm needing to buy some US dollars, preferably travelers checks. I know I don't want to end up with the dollars kneehigh ended up with 2 weeks ago. I have US $ in 2 American accounts, but ATM's don't dispense US $ outside America.
