So...having lots of problems lately at my current ps. It has made me very suspicious of them regarding everything. I want to check to see if they've actually contributed to my pension.

I call...the menu's all in Korean. I dial some random numbers. He said he'll connect me with someone that speaks English..15 minutes..later he says "sorry not available" and hangs up.....

Is there a better time to call?? Or how do I access it from the main menu?? Thanks

I found the number for my regional office on the pension service website and called them instead. They were helpful, spoke English, and took care of my questions in a few minutes.
