Hello,
do any of the stores in the Yangson complex sell shortwave radios? I have found a few in Chuncheon, but they are too small. Looking for a mid sized/tabletop unit.
thanks,

Go to Sinyoungsan station. They have some places selling radios inside of the station. They are usually hand-held ones, though. I think the sale of such radios is a little controlled, given the North Korea situation and all -- could be wrong.
Also try ET-Land. Maybe even the basement of ET-Land in Yongsan. |

I remember walking through a floor in ETland which had a lot of non-digital stuff.....including radio. |

I brought a Sangean to Korea, and haven't been able to pick up anything on shortwave. |
