Thanks to all for the replies. Something I should have put in my origional post is that my co-teacher is truly an exceptional teacher and the school we are at recieved high marks in English. My problem was that everytime I went looking for a little help or assistance I was to to refer to a book or some tiny little hint. I wasn't asking her to hold my hand but as most of you know the way kids act with a Korean teacher in the room is almost a total 180 than if the Korean teacher is there. I'm mostly upset that I spent most of a year spinning my wheels, it's not like shes not a good teacher, I was just looking for a little more help teaching me how to teach as opposed to turning me loose. Also it should be noted that I had 2 schools and so because I learned nothing from my main teacher I picked up all the tricks and habits from my 2nd schools teacher and as nice and fun as she was, she isn't nearly as good of an English teacher as my main teacher.
