I know it has been done before. I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on how to go about doing this? What is the name of the program for people with associates degrees?

There's that new program bringing undergrads to the rural schools. TALK? I don't remember. Maybe that is what the OP is looking for.

The key is to tell everyone you have an F2-1 visa. They'll hire you on the spot and never even really care if it's true or not.

There's a ton of people teaching without degree's or using fake degrees. Most are probably staying in Korea illegally too having come in on a tourist visa...or if you're a Kyopo you can get a F4 visa and teach without a degree. The need is great so there are places that will hire people without degrees, especially if you're in Korea already. The problem is of course that you have no leverage to negotiate if something goes wrong...you leave yourself at the mercy of whomever it is that hired you. If you piss someone off you might find yourself deported + fines or worse. But i guess what most of these "teachers" live by is the rule of "just don't get caught".
