I'm flying out of here on Sunday, and I asked the payroll manager to pay me at lunch time, so I could walk across the street to the bank and get everything done. However, he disappeared during lunch, so it looks like I won't get paid till tonight. I don't want to carry that much money around while going home. Especially since the ticket my boss bought for me requires me to transfer twice and will take about 30 hours.
