The 13th Symposium of the International Association of Women Philosophers (IAPh) will be held at Seoul's Ewha Womans University from Sunday through Tuesday, the Korean Association of Women Philosophers said....
The IAPh, founded in 1974, aims to promote communication and cooperation among women engaged in philosophical activities, and to stimulate philosophy in light of feminist criticism, organizers said.
Under the theme of "Multiculturalism and Feminism," this year's conference will focus on how multiculturalism in the globalization era affects women from diverse cultural and historical backgrounds. |
