I have a single entry visa (UK citizen). Does anyone know if i can have this changed to a multiple entry visa at Incheon airport before i fly out? Going to Japan on Wednesday and not sure if i have time to go to an immigration office before that. Does anyone know if it can be done at the airport? |

you can do it at the airport. Just go to the Immigration office and pay the fee. Takes about 5 minutes |

You can get a single re-entry permit at Incheon (and I guess Gimhae - not 100% sure) airport before you fly out (may be quick - but allow plenty of time anyway - just in case). Not sure if you van get a multiple one from there though. |

You don't actually change your visa from a single entry to a multiple entry, you just get a re-entry stamp, allowing you back in after your holiday. Like someone said before, just go to immigration with your passport, arc and tickets, and fill out the form they have in the waiting area. Your number will be called, and you do not need to pay the fee, as a UK citizen. I've done this countless times now, and even in the week leading up to Christmas, it took no more than 15 minutes. |

You can get a multiple entry visa if you want. It's free for UK citizens. The first time I got it, I was mistakenly asked for money and, as I didn't know better, I paid it. 50,000 won it was. A couple of weeks later someone from immi turned up at my work with a refund, which was nice.
The second time I just did it when I went to get my ARC. It helped that I was with someone from my school who could speak Korean. For no charge, they just whacked the multi-entry stamp in my passport while arranging the ARC. I've not been out the country this year, sadly, but it's always nice to know it's in there should I suddenly feel the desire. |
