I workout early in the morning and there's a Korean woman in her 30's who comes in and does nothing except work with a hula hoop, watch TV, and CRY. Yes, she cries for at least 10-15 minutes every morning.
There's a young Korean woman who WAS doinga good job running every morning, but, now, she spends her time consoling the one who cries.
Strange stuff, indeed.
You just never know what you will see in a Korean gym. Anything can happen except a normal day of working out. |

One of the stranger things I've seen a woman do in the gym is sleep, right on the bench in front of the dumbell rack. At first I thought she was relaxing with her eyes closed, but, no man, she was out.
I mean, if you're tired call it a day and return tomorrow. |

and you are posting this why?
maybe someone died - maybe her husband? her child? and she thought working out would make her feel better?
the point is, it could really be anything, and it's just kind of, well, strange that someone would make such a post here but I guess that sort of speaks for itself.
Goodness gracious, bring her a juice or something and smile at her - maybe she needs it. |

Yeah, she must be grieving someone or some thing. Maybe her husband left her, or a parent died. Maybe she figures she'll come work out to get her mind off of things.
Even still, it is weird to come to the gym in such a state. Most people are better off grieving in private (This is the point the OP is making).
Maybe she's just a slave to the HULA HOOP! |

The OP says that she's coming in EVERY morning doing this. Once or twice is one thing, but she should probably go see someone if whatever's bothering her is so serious that she can't perform everyday tasks without breaking down in tears. |

rather hear stories about hot Korean women in the gym, but none the less, worth while post. Hope she gets over whatever is bitting her... And she will. |

Be nice to her. Maybe her husband is a louse who cheats on her and goes to the room salons. Most marriages here are a joke anyways. I know of two guys who got married and divorced within a year. |

No, the strange thing is you trying to use this utterly benign post as a way to judge someone. A bizarre image that was witnessed and then shared on a discussion board...nothing more. |

When i get depressed sometimes I hit the weights or run or exercise. It's good for the body to release. breaking down everyday at the gym is still a bit excessive though. Who knows, maybe there is some new diet that involves forcing yourself to cry, I have no idea what type of things Oprah is pushing out. |

Tell her that laughing burns more calories than crying... only if you can stand her laughing at the gym every morning. |

Or you can stand there, point and laugh at her and see if it catches on |
